Partytime Pop- Ups is a family owned and operated business dedicated to providing excellent service and a safe, clean environment to our customers. We will deliver, set up and remove our moonwalks free of charge. We will make sure our customers are fully informed on how to operate the moonwalk unit and are completely comfortable operating the moonwalk prior to us departing.

Delivery is between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. and pickup will be between 8:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. on the reserved date. Please call Partytime Pop-Ups 48 hours prior to your reserved date for cancellation.

It is our number one priority that the safety of your loved one is continuously maintained. It is for this reason that Partytime Pop- Ups requires that our safety rules are followed at all times.

* GENERAL RULES TO FOLLOW DURING THE USE OF THE MOONWALK UNIT:

* All riders MUST REMOVE SHOES before playing in moonwalk unit.

* To avoid neck injuries, FLIPS ARE NOT ALLOWED

* CHILDREN'S SAFETY DEPENDS UPON YOU, YOUR PERSONAL SUPERVISION IS ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED. AS THE LESSEE OF THE MOONWALK UNIT, THE SAFETY OF ALL RIDERS IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.

* Absolutely no " Silly String", gum, candy, food or other sticky substance is allowed in the moonwalk unit. IF UPON PICK UP, SUCH CLEANING IS REQUIRED A $50.00 CLEANING FEE SHALL BE AUTOMATICALLY IMPOSED.

* DO NOT MOVE the moonwalk unit from the place where it was installed. If the moonwalk unit moves, pull the corner back to it's original location of installation.

* CAUTION: Keep the moonwalk unit away from swimming pools.

* SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS: The moonwalk unit's equipment is reliable. Should the moonwalk unit begin to deflate: Proceed to the entrance of the jump and help children exit from the moonwalk. After everybnody is out of the moonwalk check the following:

1. The motor may have stopped, in which case check the cord connection outlet. Do not use anymore that a total of 100 feet of heavy extension cord (stronger outlets are in the kitchen and laundry room)

2. If the motor is continuing to run, check the air intake on the side of the motor for blockage, and check both tubes at the back of the JUMP unit for snugness: re - tie if necessary.
